From the acclaimed chef behind Melbourne institution Pastuso, Alejandro Saravia brings you the latest in farm-to-table restaurant concepts.
Facing Exhibition Street and over three incredible levels, the venue will provide a unique approach to provenance-based cuisine, with the menu taking diners on a seasonal exploration across regional Victoria from the coast to the mountains – and everything in between.
Bookings are now open, with two special preview days, Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd January.
All preview bookings will receive a complimentary Farmer’s Daughters Collins cocktail.
