Chefs Adrian Li and Danny Natoli’s dedication to duck continues with the next instalment of their special dinner events that herald La Madonna’s famous duck dish, beautiful seasonal produce and some of their favourite wine makers.
This edition’s menu is inspired by our prolonged summer and the symphony of amazing produce growing from local farms in Victoria, thanks to the late warm weather. The restaurant is also collaborating with negotiant wine makers Ray Chen from Rongo Wines & Nikki Palun from Susuro Wines, whose expertise providing technical wine support for other wine makers has now led them both to produce their own labels. Their wild and thoughtful wines will be carefully matched with the dishes in the Autumn duck dinner.
